El Establo Mountain Hotel Monteverde

I had a fine stay with a breakfast included and loved the location, it was beautiful and down the hill. The staff were decent and efficient as well, would stay here again.

Everything was good, good service, stunning location short walk to the restaurant and the local shops and restaurants.

The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, it had savoury dishes. We loved this stay.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were light with excellent views. Appetising cakes, bacon, cheese and meats, overall the breakfast was reasonably good.

Clean, attractive hotel, there was a good reception. Plenty of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was extensive. I liked the room, it was perfect, had exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Courtesy from the whole staff.

All in all everything was perfect, had a comfortable stay at the El Establo Hotel for 2 nights in late November. I loved the a la carte breakfast, it was sumptuous with an omelette and freshy baked pastries and egg station.

our stay here was fairly nice, convenient base for exploring monteverde. the buffet breakfast was efficient, had lots of options. we got a functional room and exceptional service.

Non-smoking and compact rooms with perfect services. Staff fair & was willing to help. Historic location, next to - the hill and the mountain, yet the area itself was really noisy.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.

Location was reasonable & atmosphere was comfortable! I had updated deluxe double room with good bath, a tub, 2 double beds. Bacon, cheese, cakes and meats were different and overall there was lots of food. I checked out monteverde orchid garden, that was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

it was spotless place, staff were experienced, and i loved my reasonably large room.

Unique building, kind personnel, well done rooms. Varied breakfast, efficient service. Convenient location, relatively near an educational garden.

Lovely bed, helpful staff and fantastic location. This is a hotel go-to for Monteverde!

That a/c was missing.

Characterful base for a 3-night stay. The staff was POLITE, the bed was comfy. Greatly enjoyed that we had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a writing table in the suite. Had nice dainties at Panaderia Jimenez, located very close to the hotel.

We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose el establo mountain. Raices Restaurante is within walking distance of the hotel

We appreciated the sunny patio. A great stay in Monteverde...
